Information regarding the Turnpike's decision to go cashless
May 29, 2021
There are many questions that are being asked about the layoffs at the PA Turnpike. The Union has been in ongoing discussions with the Turnpike regarding the impact of these layoffs. We will provide you an update as soon as we have answers from the Turnpike to the questions and issues we have been discussing with them. Please see the links regarding the Turnpike's decision to go cashless. We are encouraging ALL of our members to contact YOUR State Senator and your State Representative and let them know that you are against this decision and that something needs to be done to stop it. Also, please read the letter to Governor Wolf from the Democratic Caucus regarding the Turnpike's decision.
